Czech speaking presales (B2B) - CISCO.
Feladatkör: Concentrix Europe delivers an exceptional service experience through the passion of our people in a number of exciting fields including, customer support gaming, sales, retail and tourism. The person in this role will have experience of outbound business to business sales, and generating sales leads through cold calling. You will be required to arrange appointments for Cisco partners to meet with end user to upgrade/sell a range of Cisco products and solutions. You will be proactive and able to work on your own initiative as well as being able to work as required by direct line managers. This role requires you to be determined, resilient and driven to achieve and surpass targets.
Essential Criteria:
? Fluency in written and spoken English & Czech
? Minimum of 6 months outbound telephone sales
? 6 months experience of delivering customer service experience.
? Ability to work well with others, within a team based environment
? Ability to multitask, plan and prioritise workload effectively.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
? Demonstrates resilience and ability to work on own initiative
? Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills
? Demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
Desirable Criteria:
? Experience in business to business sales
? Previous experience in the IT industry
HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
TRAINING: You will receive in-depth training on products and sales processes prior to assuming sales responsibilities
SALARY:
135,000 HUF NET (plus food vouchers worth HUF 20.000 every month, (no tax payable), as well as a bonus of up to 20% of targeted hours salary)
