Security administrator is responsible for user accounts management - creation, changes and termination of user IDs on various systems and applications (including Windows, Mainframe, UNIX, Tandem, Oracle) according to defined workflows and processes.He/she is actively monitoring the compliance of accounts/accesses and performing remediation activities - access reviews coordination and mitigation of incompliant accounts or access rights.This position is actively engaged in the creation and deployment of access control model for Windows platform servers.Security administrator actively follows security policies and standards in daily tasks and communicates security principles with the end users and access requestors. Following additional skills are required for performed work activities:Ability to see patterns, past trends, and situations and apply learned concepts to recognize and resolve issues Ability to handle problems and complex work processes Ability to communicate with different levels of users, act as 1st and 2nd line support for identity management related incidents, cooperate with technical owners of systems on incidents resolution Ability to enforce security practices in the authentication, authorization and access review processes Ability to support Audit activities (i.e. interview meetings, reports creation, remediation of findings) Ability to deal effectively with change and work constructively under stressThree years Windows administration and Active Directory management experience requiredUNIX (Linux, AIX, Solaris... ) administration skills are an advantageTwo years Security Administration - user account provisioning on different system platforms experience requiredExperience with IT security - risk management, compliance governance, technical controls implementation Can effectively communicate in English with colleagues on different job levels from multiple countriesVersatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmAbility to perform multiple tasks concurrently, perform tasks prioritizationCandidates must possess the ability to work with colleagues at all levels and be able to understand and articulate both high-level and detailed concepts of securityCandidate should also have an understanding of the Security best practices and standards and ITIL service management frameworkGerman language is an advantage3+ years of related IT experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with Certifications.
